L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à sa description, très propre, bien équipé et agréable. Un peu à l’écart du « tumulte » de la petite cité balnéaire que l’on peut rejoindre en moins de 5 minutes grâce aux vélos mis à disposition. Fulvio et sa famille sont aux petits soins, plein de petites attentions. Son papa est un personnage!! La piscine au bord de la mer, c’est luxe!! Merci pour l’accueil!! Nous recommandons sans réserve.
Fulvio’s place in Scoglitti is an essential place to visit for a stunning time away. The pool is fantastic, it’s right on the beach, and the hospitality is wonderful. The apartment was very clean, and has everything you need for your stay, including bikes to use! The area itself has some great places to eat and we would also recommend travelling to nearby Vittoria (20 min drive), for other great eateries. Car hire is essential if you want to visit the nearest UNESCO sites. The Roman villa and the beautiful town of Modica are definitely worth a visit. If you’re visiting during the first Sunday of the month, we found a lot of the tourist attractions are free this day!
We had a great time in Scoglitti. We loved the place and all the little special touches like our beach bag, the bikes, and the quick communication. It was such a beautiful way to spend a relaxing week. Special thanks to Fulvio’s dad for his kind food gifts throughout the week and for making our last night really nice :). He’s a very generous man!
It is close to the sea. The view of the sea and sunsets from the terrace are amazing. Very kind owners. Very clean and nice interior.
We’d never been to Sicily but after our visit to Fulvio’s apartment, we’ll certainly be back. The property itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay: a well-equipped kitchen, great shower, lovely sitting room and a superb terrace that gave us fantastic views of the sun setting over the sea most evenings. It was tidy, neat and stylish and very importantly for us, had a really comfortable king-size bed. Everything worked as it should and we felt properly at home.
Our stay was for the last two weeks of October and as it was so late in the year we were a bit worried about the weather. Apart from a couple of spectacular thunder storms, we mostly had sunny days with temperatures in the mid-20s Celsius, the warmer clothing we brought stayed unworn and we even swam in the sea once and the lovely pool at the house almost every day.
Scoglitti is a very nice little town and although some of the businesses had closed down for the winter there were enough superb fish restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias and food shops, all near the harbour, to keep us happy. We even bought some delicious fish direct from the fishermen in the port, straight off the boats. As it’s a very important agricultural area, the local fruit and vegetables were exceptional.
Our best experiences away from Scoglitti were visiting the Val di Noto hill towns, the Valle di Templi at Agrigento and looking out for many of the locations for ‘Inspector Montalbano’ (which are very close by). We would certainly recommend a car for your visit.
Fulvio kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and that we had no problems and we even received visits from his very generous father who brought us local pastries and some of his own delicious wine. Fulvio and his family couldn’t have been better hosts and we couldn’t recommend them or this property more, many thanks Fulvio.

De accommodatie was in één woord prachtig!! We werden zo goed verzorgd en verwend door de hosts!! Deze mensen hebben heel zeker een plaatsje in ons hart…
A beautiful holiday week between sea, culture and excellent cuisine. Very clean house with new and cared furnishings, large rooms. Terrace with exceptional views and very quiet.
Practically beach house and, in case of rough seas, you can safely sunbathe by the pool. Finally place near points of artistic interest (eg Agrigento, Modica, Scicli …).
Everything is perfect: the house, the pool, the sea and especially your hospitality. We’ve experienced a perfect place for a perfect vacation and we are sure we’ll visit Sicily again.
Everything is lovingly decorated. Enough place to live, spacious outdoor area with pool. A very good place to chill out. We would love to come again. It was amazing!
