The residence

The apartment is on the first floor of a villa by the sea. It is accessed with a private entrance through the external staircase and consists of:

a large private terrace facing the sea, ideal for having a meal outside and enjoying the magnificent view

fully furnished kitchen
double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard
a room with 2 single beds, also with access to the internal balcony
bathroom (with washing machine)

This house is located in a residential area, in a quiet area not far from the city center.
It is therefore advisable to respect the peace in the night time slots and immediately after lunch.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

The owner of the villa is housed in the ground floor apartment during the summer (July-August).
He is always reachable and available for any need.
